The Grammatical Terms in the Interpretation of Kashf&Bayan, by Abu Ishaq Al-Thaalabi (d. 427 AH)

Abstract

Terms are the keys to science, and the rule cannot be understood without knowing the precise boundaries of any term. This study deals with the grammatical terminology in the book (Revelation and Statement of Interpretation of the Qur’an) by Abu Ishaq Al-Tha’alabi, and extrapolates his approach in dealing with the grammatical terminology through his aforementioned book, with an explanation of the grammatical terminology. Basracs and Kufics. And how he uses these terms, and their relationship to the concept to be clarified, hoping that this research will be an addition to previous studies on the term.
